25 Years of Advocacy: How Verify!® Helps Businesses Take Control of Their Telecom

This year marks 25 years of Verify!® and what stands out most isn’t just the longevity, it’s the impact.


Over the past few weeks, I’ve had the privilege of sitting down with long-time clients to record video testimonials. These weren’t just conversations about services or results. They were reflections on partnership, trust and business growth. Hearing their words firsthand was a powerful reminder of why Verify!® exists in the first place.


Again and again, clients shared a similar experience: Before working with us, telecom and utilities management felt confusing, reactive and often frustrating. Bills were unclear, unresolved repair issues lingered and decisions were driven more by what providers wanted to sell, rather than what their businesses actually needed.


That’s exactly the gap Verify!® was built to fill.


Before starting this company, I worked inside large telecom organizations. I saw how decisions were made, how products were positioned and how often the client’s true needs were overlooked due to sales quotas. Verify!® was founded on a simple but critical belief: Businesses deserve an advocate and someone who sits on their side of the table, not the provider’s.


What our clients shared in these recent conversations reinforces our mission.


They talked about the relief of having someone who doesn’t just identify problems but owns them fully until completion. One client described sending an issue over and knowing it would be handled without needing to follow up repeatedly.
